We’re Waiting…
The second Second Chance Drawing was held on November 1st, and the winner was announced on “The Big Spin” show on November 12th.
Not having seen the show, I don’t know the name of the winner they announced.
If it turned out to be me, you’d think someone I know would have seen it, and called me to congratulate me. Well, since no one has, and since no other methods to divine this fact are coming through, I’m assuming I didn’t win.
But that’s okay. I guess. I’m a little put off. Yeah, well… anyway. I do have another 40 or so entries going in to the next, the third drawing (five in all).
I’ve watched my mail, and I’ve checked my e-mail, and I keep looking at the phone to see if there are any voicemails, and alas, there are not.
So God doesn’t want me to win a million dollars. He’s like all, no way Mitch, you’ll probably just spend it all durhh, and I’m like forget you God, you don’t know jack. And he’s like all who do you think you’re talking to, and I’m all I know who the hell You are, and He’s all I don’t think so, and I’m like whoa, I better be careful cuz this is like (hello? du-uh) God. And I like so back off, but I’m still kinda pissed. WTF is He up to! What kind of f***ing mind-game is He trying to play with me here?
So like not to get God all pissed off or anything, I still want to win something. Like a million dollars or so, which, after taxes it’s like $200,000, or whatever, and like, well whatever, but it’s a lot more than I have now, and it sure would come in handy.
And I’m like all how stupid am I? How can I even hope to win this sh*t? There’s like forty billion people in front of me, and it always goes to some terrorist in Hawaiian Gardens anyway, so why do I even try?
