I tried to embed a very interesting magic feat video directly into my blog. It worked for a little while, but then it stopped working.
Let this be a lesson to me. What I was trying to do is called “hotlinking”.
Since the bandwidth is Putfile’s, then it’s like stealing from them. Their ads pay for the bandwidth, therefore, you have to go there to see the video, and hopefully, click on their ads, thus generating revenue for them. So go to Putfile.com and watch it on their media page. Try to figure out how the guy does this trick.
And then check out the other videos people have posted. You can even register there for free, and get your own webspace, and even engage in some (oftentimes childish) discussions in their forums.
I was reading comments to some of the videos there, and I began to feel really old, LOL!
OMFG, these kids communicate in acronyms! WTF is that all about? It’s a whole new language!
Not only that, but there speling sux to! When they can’t abreevi8 sumthing, there like all whoa, durrr.
