Fancy ToolTips and Images On Other Sites
Sunday, April 10th, 2005I activated a plugin for changing the little pop-up you see when you mouse over images and links, but it’s not working as I expect. This is a test of that and of stealing other people’s bandwidth by linking to images on their sites. Stealing is wrong. Images should be published on one’s own site only with permission, and then they should reside on said website so that the bandwidth used is one’s own.
